put a cigarette sticker on it. that ought to be worth at least 5 mph.
Then what? You'd smoke it????? :crossx:

Fast Freddy...
2002 Rage w/688 hp that only runs 86.8...?
Honestly...I wouldn't brag about that
I have a 22 prop on my 24 Cheetah 7.4 Bravo I,my speedo doesn't work but I've been GPS'd at about 57 (thanks Chris),thinking about trying to prop up (24-26)...I plane very easily, wondering how much more MPH could get from the prop up...
I looked to be right around 4800 to 4900.
Good-bad?
I would have expected more mph w/23', 6.2 and 22p, I have seen a 63 out of Ziggy's boat which is identically equipped
what did your boat speedo say, usually they are on the + side of GPS
Going to a bigger prop most likely isn't going to help. If you can only turn 4900 RPM with a 22 pitch, Going up in pitch will only drop your RPM even more.( approx 300 rpm for each size up on a bravo). Spend your money on fuel and enjoy your boat.
Darrell.
BTW: with one person , no cooler ,4in chop, and a cool day, guarantee you'll hit 60.
Darrell.
Jordy would be the first to tell you that a Kajunka couldn't come close to those numbers... :rollside:
That is exactly where Kachina's are with that motor and prop. No matter what that weedwacker runner says. A prop is not going to help much, anything you gain you will lose somewhere else. Call whipple if you really want that thing to go much faster.
Buy a bigger ice chest, and all is good

I thought about putting a set of headers and a blower but we will only keep this boat 2 more seasons then go to something bigger and faster.
I would love to see 70 or around there, I just cant justify the money needed to get to that with this boat.
