A couple things that will be fixed before sale is final. The AC cover is cracked (busted) and will be replaced. Toilet lid is also cracked.
I will deliver to anywhere on the Colorado River from Needles south. Any farther west and I'll need to add a couple hundred for fuel. Tires, wheels, and brakes all in good condition.
I bought this to set up in a park and use at one of the lakes here in AZ, but plans have changed. The trailer was purchased last year, but I never have used it. Finally came to the conclusion that a Motorhome or camper will fit my needs better. The guy I bought it from worked construction and lived in it with his family for about 18 months, so there is a little wear here and there from that. It's even got 2 full tanks of propane and a brand new battery.
