I ground off the discharge chute stopper to get a 38 degree angle and removed the governer to get the revs up..but I'd like to see at least a 20 foot dispersion?? any suggestions??
Put a Rhino 660 engine in it!
I used to spray the whole chute and auger down with silicone lube spray. It makes the snow not stick and seems to throw it better. You can also change the pully size on the impeller belt to get more speed.
Outnumbered...glad he lives in AZ now so he does not have to deal with that shiznit

Throw a chip in it. You should be able to do 8 second quarter miles with it then.
You can throw the snowblower farther if you toss it off a cliff :rollside:

I've got a 7hp 2-stage machine
Depends on how the snow is...wet, slushy and heavy won't get much distance, sometimes a few feet...if that, and the shoot will get clogged at times.
Dry somewhat dense snow... I'll get 20' outta mine however if it's windy the light/dry snow can just get blown back at ya.
Try a droop snoot and a Place diverter
