Sounds good to me. With all these guys crashing there circle boats someone will need to replace them...

I had a guy show up yesterday and wants to use my long deck b-boat as a mold to start laying up boats with suttle changes to the cap. After spending 3 hrs at my shop I'm very confident this guy knows fiberglass. He has for years a company that manufactures fiberglass parts for the airplane industry he is an avid boat freak who has never dabbled in v-drives until recently. I wanted to get input from the experts on here on whether you feel there may be a desire for these hulls, he is not looking to get rich but to do it as a hobby out of my shop, I felt comfortable enough to offer him the space there to lay them up. what does everyone think?

B Boats will always sell, they seem to be a hot item as of late. BTW: The boat in that pic doesnt look like a long deck, it is a ski deck. I have one too.

I think you should get with Froggystyle about making the mold adaptable to resin infusion. Stronger with less weight.

Cap design will obviously be customer preference Long deck or what have you, I am meeting him in the a.m. to start organizing, We are both prepared to start A.S.A.P . Jerry, thanks, for the pic's
Cool idea.
Your ski deck design is the least desirable of the several out there, in my opinion.
That would limit desirability if no changes were made.

From What I have learned by listning to the Guy's that have been around Biesemyers along time the ski bottom is definatly not the one you want to copy.
Which is exactly the boat that you have in the picture, you can tell by the dip in the gunnel rail on the side's. These hulls don't make good circle hulls. Just my .02 worth.
What difference in bottoms between the two? can anyone tell me?
