Imco Powerflow Exhaust Water Line Routing

I have a quick question for the knowing. I am hooking up the water lines to the motor. I am trying to find a routing diagram for the Imco's. There are two water ports, one on the bottom of the manifold and one on the down tube. Are these both water inputs. I am assuming they are and the water exits inside of the down tube. The Eddie's and the CMI's have 3 ports, the Imco's only have 2. Now, the water jackets match up, from the manifold to the down tube, meaning that water travels between the two. Can I block off the water ports on the down tubes if the water drains out the down tube exits? So much for the quick question. Any help would be appreciated.

You are the man!!! Thank you very much. The project is tedious but coming along. I want it in upholstery in the next 2-3 weeks. This weekend will tell alot. I am trying not to rush and just take my time and do it right. Hopefully the engine will come to life this weekend. I will post pics once the engine is running and I clean her out. Thanks again!!!
