Congrats. It took me 2 tries to pass it. It definitly isn't an easy test. I'm sure it took a lot of studying to pass it. What are you going to do now?

I think its easier in CO than some other states. Colorado only requires 168 hours of study or a degree in Real Estate, since my base degree was in Finance and Real Estate and then I was involved with investments, finance, and then some internet companies this was not too bad.
I'm still continuing with the Vicious Billet line and some other proprietary products that we produce, but I'm very pumped about the real estate!
There just seems to be a dearth of intelligent agents who truly understand the fiduciary responsibilities beyond what the law requires to more of the ethical duties and how much they can help people make the right decisions.
