Off Road Ace, Big Gunz and I went on 2 rides yesterday.
Super smooth sand, had lots of fun.
See a few that look like they're here for the 4 stroke wars Quad meet at competition hill, but still a very light crowd. We'll catch some pix of the meet this afternoon.
Steve snapped a flag when he ate it deluxe over a razor we were crossing, but was good to go with a little fix, no injuries that anyone will admit too,, yet.
Big Guns fired up his rocket motor last night,, pretty impressive.
Temps During the day Friday were about 51f, but with a freeze wind occasionally hitting about 40 mph it seemed much colder.
Last nite temps dropped into the 30's and the wind has stopped.
Glad I re-filled the propane tanks.
Propane is easier and cheaper to buy in Parump. Baker is a long wait hassle, more money, and ya need to present ID and have to fill out a manifest.
Alice gave me a nice Apple laptop and busted out a birthday cake when she arrived. Birthday sex was excellent. No substitute for a slender, young attractive girl with a nice rack between the sheets that is cooperative and loves it.
Web service works great here in the dunes.
Apple is streets ahead of windows.
Glad to be free of Microsoft. A timetable should be set to phase out windows, and everyone roll over to Mac.
The winds seem to be gone, so time to get up and get the quads ready for a family run over super smooth virgin sand dunes.

There was an unfutunate accident last night on the wheel dyno, and the 450R-based drag motor expired on the dyno.
Preliminary seems that a head gasket failed and the motor hydrauliced.
Bummer deal or it would have been there.
I was entertaining the idea of bringing my Banshee out to ride his weekend.
I figured I couldn't bear the cold.

I just got my brandie new 30 gal drum of VP C-12. I was dying to have a reason to crack it open.

in 1990 when we had a bad cold spell i was at glamis for a week.i had 2 machines-a 1986 honda 250r quad with cr500 motor and a 85 atc250 3 wheeler.i burned a hole in the cr motor piston-the cold hiked up the air density and it was running lean-so watch the cold air.
