I know they have water... Not sure about power. they don't have a pumping station. They do have 2 ramps close by... one is like strait up and can't be used unless the water is really high. The other is ok for a small boat,( say 20ft ish). Its kind of narrow so backing up in a RV would be harder. Its also the only place I have ever been stuck. sucks when the ramp litterly falls away under your truck. they do have plenty of dirt ramps you could use.
