What $$ are Homes Closing for in the Keyes?

Anyone have info on the closing prices?
I know they're all different, but is the current market helping the prices there?

There have been a few sales in there recently.
Canal homes sold for $995,000, $759,000. About the same as they were going for 2 years ago when properties were smokin'.
People who currently have places for sale there aren't in any rush to sell, so can wait for their price. Currently there are some listed from $669,000, $750,000 - $825,000. A riverfront home is listed for $2.1.
Current market downturn really hasn't affected prices out here, just the length of time it takes to sell.
