The garage is 34' deep both bays and it's drivethru. The house is immaculant and the landscaping front and back is probably worth close to 20K. I'd buy this home myself if I had the down payment.

There have been a few of them lately. I've bought 2 myself within the last 4 months and just can't swing another one. I think this is a better deal then the one I bought down the street from you. (except the neighbors of course )
