any one used the TITAN SCE copper ICS head gaskets? how would you compair them to the felpros? I am putting a 489 together and was thinking of going with the TITAN's I can get them at cost so i can get them cheaper than the felpros. any advise?
I have not yet run them on anything that a fel-pro would work on. I have only used them on engines that have too much poop for a standard fel-pro deal. I did just buy a set for my little pump gas small block for my new boat. But I would have to take time before I can give you decent feedback there.
I love these gaskets. Cannot say one bad thing about them. But that is only in all out race applications.
The other option is the MLS deals. Cometic started it, and now everyone has their own version of it. They will hold some amazing cylinder pressures. In fact, I have a set of Fel-pro MLS on something and I have been very happy so far.
