Any clue what a Merc 9.9 hp is worth?

My Dad is trying to help a lady clean out her garage. Found this kicker on the floor. It says it's a 4 stroke? Serial number is 3415-822237. Thanks for any info you can provide.

We bought a 1968? Merc 9.8 two stroker off ebay for $265 last year. Only thing we knew was that it hadn't been ran in year, but it fired right up when he put some gas in the carb. Since it runs great, I'd say mine is worth about $450, maybe even more due to the low hours that are on it. Yours is probably somewhere in that range.

I gave 1400 for an 04 2 stroke. Came with a warranty from merc. That was a good deal.
