Ok, its called a Rhino, sans rollcage. Deck it out anyway you like it and it becomes barely recognizable as the golf cart it once was.

My father in law built one and used a yamaha warrior for power. it's a very dangerous ride, Have had it in secon gear while getting on it and it is squirrly as hell... v-drive

Been there, done that. Built an old cart with a 600 ninja motor. Scary fast, but was fun to cruise around at Glamis. Seen some very nice ones in the dunes before. Already seen a couple Rhinos that have had motor replacements like this too.
