don't know. it looks like a mini HTM . there used to be a couple of companies in the 80's i believe that made a small cat like that. you'd probably just have to start doing searches on the net to find out (i would imagine the boat would have an ID #, should also be on the title and registration). judging by the shape of the cowling on the motor, it's 60's vintage evinrude/johnson.
