I got mine off E-Bay. Daul exhaust was 425 plus 50 to ship. Nice fit too

A sawzaw, cut the muffler and cat off. If too loud put an aftermarket muffler. Should cost around a $100 if you pay someone.

I have the ATS on mine it sound so bitchen and don't remember it being that much, as well it made it were my buddy would always beat me to me beating him bad dragging our diesels up a long grade about 1 mile
