I want to get some baffles on my jet. The headers are the long Basset ones with the bell on the end. All the baffles I've found are like 3-4 inches in diameter and the ned of the bell on my headers is like 5". Do i need an adapter of some sort or am I overlooking something here??

Wrench ,most all mufflers and baffles fit up past the bell areas in the straight portion of the collector Tom

You can also use stand offs, little spacers that center up the baffles by spacing the brackets out to the bell. The baffles will not be as effective due to the area around the muffling part, but most LE just want to see something in there as an effort to quiet the exhaust down..........MP
