How many sq. feet is the house, when was it built, could you fit a boat and a vehicle side by side in the garage. Thanks

The house is 1091 sf built in 1992. We have a 25' foot boat so that definitely would not work with a car also in the garage. If you had a smaller boat it might fit.

Just tryin' to help the sale We have a 28' deep garage with the normal 20' width. We have a 25' Nordic in the garage and I can fit my suburban next to it. The boat has to be as close to the wall as possible but you can pull it off. Good luck, it's a nice looking setup!

Will look tonight to see if I have some pics of the inside. Right, the RV parking is behind the house so you got privacy and a second driveway. Also, helps when you have bunch of cops who live on the same block.
