So coming home from fishing out of Marina Del Rey on my old mans sportfisher all day i decided to stop by at Berts Mega Mall in Azusa and what do you know somehow i got bit by the bug and came home with a brand spankin 07 ZX10R Limited black with the red wheels and red pinstriped flames... Went and put 310 miles on it today and WOW!!! just breaking it in is outrageous ill let u know when i hit 106mph in 1st gear like they claim in the paperwork....
So anyone else got one... or a sportbike, lets go ride?????

Kawi makes some of the best sportbikes...you'll love it. Had one but sold it to buy the boat

The ZX10R is an awsome ride , just remember it will go alot faster than you can stop it in a given distance.

Sweet ride.
I just picked up a Kawasaki ZZR 1200, more of a sport touring machine for my old age, don't cha know.
If you haven't taken a MSF course, do so. I didn't think I needed one, but it saved $$$ on my insurance and it made getting my motorcyle license a breeze and I did learn a thing or two.

I have an 05 ZX 10R and yes it will do 110 MPH in first, carring the front wheel at that! grab 2nd and the front comes up again, i live up at 6500 ft ele so I have only been up to 170.

Yeah the bike is ridiculous, ive owned an RC51 and a 00 ZX12R, not my first fast bike but definatly the fastest... I sold my Aprilia RSV Mille to buy this thing because im sick of servicing Italian bikes backwards threads and 1800 services are not my thing....
Any of you guys down to go for a ride somewhere in SoCal this week?
