That looks good, but where is the box on the back of the sub?
I think your going to find you will have a major rattle trap unless you do something back there?

If your sub amp or deck has a subsonic filter....protect the sub and use it...
We thought at first we would have to built a box but found there is no rattle from the sub. It's in a pretty close box already. If i find later that it rattles I will have a box built...
Thanks
That sub is a CVR? With no box how does it sound?
That speaker is not even made to run Free Air. Put a box on it. Does it sound muddy?
Yeah I going to put a box around that speaker.... Sounded good with music without alot of bass.... After I look at some of these post I checked out The sound in open space and really turned it up...... Sounds Good and very loud But the bass does drag a bit and rattle.....
I'll give you guys an update in a few days after the box is installed...
Thanks
Benny

clean install you doin it yourself? i wanted to use the area under my dash also for a woofer but on my boat it concaves to follow the dashline it would of took some serious fiberglass workas would of my porto-pottie area...so i use the storage locker under my sink and the small cubby under my wrap around 1 12" square kicker(sealed) on each side 4-6 1/2's and 4 6x9's...just wanted to share with ya..i would definitly box that 10 in you will notice a big difference keep us posted i like seeing other lil stereo projects..
Thank You
Professionally installed.. Yeah I think Under My Sink would have been a better place for My sub.... I took it back to the shop and They are trying to Minimize the rattle. They don't believe the rattle is cause of the speaker being out of a box.... They think it is the Dash... That dash unscrews and lifts off.... The bass sounds good but like one of those old cars the truck rattles.... I'll let you know what Happens.
