Motor/raft from Glen Canyon dam to Lees Ferry?

I am looking to take my family up an do this. Anyone have any contact info for guide service or rentals? I understand you can get in the river below Glen Canyon dam somewhere then take out at Lees Ferry or there abouts. Supposed to be a mellow ride. I couldn't find much on the web.

I know there are a bunch of fishing guides that will launch you at Lee's Ferry and take you up to the dam in that FREEZING cold water. Don't know about dropping up top and coming down though.

I did this years ago. Big raft with an outboard and about ten peeps. It was very enjoyable. You stop midpoint and look at petroglyphs (sp?). You take off from the dam itself and get a little guided tour on the bus there and back. Sorry, don't have any contact info.

This is a good trip to take we did it last year , you take a bus from Page down to the base of dam hop on a boat. The trip down to lees ferry is great for a half day trip,at the end you get on the bus for the ride back to page, link i found.

I used to be a fishing guide on the Ferry. The fishing guides don't work the tour boats, and the tour guides don't know squat about the fish. They put in at the launch ramp at the ferry and ride 18 miles up river where they pick you up (at the dam) and then go from there. I have trouble recommending the place because it IS EASILY my favorite place on earth and noone knows about it.
