If you keep an eye open you'll find one.
I just bought a complete, (needs assembly and some easy hull repair) flat including a BBF with 0 time on it for $2000. It's not exactly pretty right now but it's all there and it was a bargain. Came with new Bassett long collectors, an extra prop, 2 single skis, 4 pair of heads for the engine and trailer (duh). The hull repair is all inside, the glass delaminated in a few large spots so all I have to do is grind out the bad areas and re-glass.
Keep looking, if your willing to put some work into something you'll find what you want.
smalls- one of the best pictures I have seen posted yet. The fact that the bubbledeck on the right is being pulled by an El Camino from the same era is bitchen. The ZZ Top beard is a nice touch too. This picture should be a poster. Any more like it?
