ski tow and rack

Hey gang, I have 21' Biesmeyer with 460 and Berk JC. I have the usual ski tow which mounts to the engine. I would like a ski tow that gets the rope up a little higher, maybe 1-3'. I would also like a ski/board rack to sit on top of the engine box. Anybody got anything clever?
