Potluck Father's Day weekend/CFW

[Mrs Big Boy Toys]

Here's somethings we need:
1) Tri-Tip (Needed mostly)
2) Charcoal (approx 60 to 80 lbs.)
3) Side dishes / Chips / veggies
4) Paper plates / Plastic forks, knives & spoons / Napkins....
5) Sliced-Mushrooms( Hud will BBQ them)

Marina, I'll have 3 barrels to BBQ with. They each will hold approx 8-10 tri-tips. That should give us a number to go by. Count me in for 2 Tri-Tips and a 10lb bag of Briquettes.

I will bring all the paper plates & stuff listed on item #4 & a Big bag of Charcoal & a Tri-Tip or two....And I will make up plenty of Marinade for Tri-Tip BBQ.....I know it's early still, but let's get signup so we know what were up against here.. I'll bring a 100lbs. of charcoal's & 10 gallons of Kung Fu Sauce! I'll have small 4 BBq's & 2 bigger ones. Cathy said would be more than happy to help out!

I'll be bringing a large Hot Side Dish of something to. Also have a Large propane stove to heat stuff with..... burningm Also have two 6' tables...

I have a table also, and I'm trying to get the BIG BBQ from the ranch to use. You have to tow this one with a pickup. Dual Pete chrome stacks and all. I'll let you know on that!

If you guys are going to use the big BBQ, let me know and I wont bring the barrels. I was only bringing the barrels because of the heat factor and we dont have to stand over them all day while the meat cooks and its quicker.
