And NY law states that transit workers are not allowed to strike....
10% over 3 years, I would take that instead of striking. You end up losing any gains while you are off on strike.

Yes, air traffic controlers, fired and replaced, period. I think the NYTA should fire them all, or point them out to an unruly crowd of comuters that are now having to walk in freezing weather. What happened to the NY solidarity after 9-11? How can these workers treat their fellow NYers like this? Fire them all. There is a whole bunch of un employed people down south that would love to have a job in the big apple (or not)............Be at work in the morning, or pick up your last check in the afternoon...........MP
