thanx guys.... i talked to teague and they recomended a 5 blade 24 or 25 pitch so i dunno. everybody has a different opinion. all i want is a decent plain out and a good top speed. with the prop thats on there now im only getting about 87 mph at about 5600 rpm and thats max. i'd like to be more like 95 mph and be able to plain out faster.
I ran that boat with a 28 labbed 4 blade and was bumping the 6k rev limit @94/95 mph at mead!!!!
so far i've learned the more blades the more bite, the more bite the more drive repair, something for nothing doesn't apply here

Stick with the bravo 4 blade. Try a 30p and if is a bit much on top, you can get it labbed to fit your need. It should be a bit faster than the 5 on top also.

Based on the data provided I believe that a Merc 4 blade labbed 30 would be your best prop. Just my .02

I have 800hp 28ft Deck Boat 151/4x28 pitch hydromotive 5 blade boat ,planes nice midrange is very good and only lost about 2 mph over 4 blade bravo. I had it turned down from 15 5/8 and cut down the diffuser ring.
