Thread: Fit in 2007....

    So the Thin in 2007 thread is interesting...."i dropped one pound this morning, but I ate and didn't shit, so I'm up 2 pounds today" Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with losing weight, I just think it impossible to stay the same weight ALWAYS and not gain or lose 2-3 pounds. I thought I would start a thread about being fit and healthy - more of a healthy lifestyle not just a diet & weight loss thread.
    In my opinion, who cares what you weigh???.... As long as you look good in a bikini / shorts and are healthy about the way you got to that point - that's what's important. So what are some of the day to day or week to week things you do to keep healthy and fit? Maybe we can share some ideas and pick up some new healthy habits.
    I'll start....
    I walk the dogs twice a day for about 20-30 minutes both times. Never start the day without breakfast every morning - need to start up the metabolism. Even a piece of toast is better then nothing at all. Usually eat a bowl of Kashi cereal and a glass of OJ. I never take the elevator at the office. I hit the gym three times a week for an hour, usually early (6:00 a.m.).
