What brand heads are they?
I would look at 305cc to 325cc, 360 is waaay huge for a 454. 360cc would be good on a 700 lift 572ci (or bigger) motor. 305cc or 315cc AFR's or Canfields would be really nice on that motor.
Are they stock gm perf heads? Used?
I was looking at e-bay and they have pro comp 360cc aluminum heads real cheap. Also 320cc heads dirt cheap.
I heard those heads suck ass cast, but if they're ported they might be worth it. How much are they? Check out the gear head forums and they talk about them all the time... I'll try and find it for you
