I know in Phoenix in the summer is 15% and winter is 10%, but not sure about Mohave.

Acording to one source of partial info I found:
The law requires that gas retailers in Tucson and Phoenix sell gasoline mixed with ethanol during the winter to reduce carbon monoxide emissions. Fuel sold in the Valley between Nov. 1 and March 31 must include a mix of 10 percent ethanol, and Tucson-area stations must include 5.1 percent ethanol for gas sold from Oct. 1 through March 31.
There are no such requirements for summer gasoline.

A hellish read of your state laws, but it basically says 10%, depending on time of year, and polution controll area.
