I was wondering which was the fastest runner and most stable... 5/8 7/8... and I thought I had heard of a 1 inch...?

No mines a 5/8 runner, I think what might have been said was that if I built another boat I was considering going with the 7/8 runner.
    Yep, that was probably it.

From what I've heard, a 7/8" runner typically yields a faster mph, but the 5/8" is considered more consistent with et or bracket racing.
