Blarney Island Boat Races Pics 7-05-2007

We race every thursday night at Blarney Island in Antioch, IL. Its an 800' course, kinda like street racing on the water. Thought I would share some pics. If you guys are in the IL area, you should definatley come check it out!!
I won again this week! Jon left on me in round 1 and got dq'd, then in round 2, Keith crossed the center line and came into my lane and got dq'd. I'll take the wins any way I can get em!

Thanks for the great pix. I see Donnie Little is still at it (purple Stealth 010).
Where are the pix of the capsule recovery boat?? Or are those Pro Mods just there for show?

Yup, Donny Little is still at it. Everyone is gunning for him this year, he might get knocked out of the #1 spot! The capsules ran, well 1 of them did. The purple/yellow one. He got beat by the blown jet with the flames. The other capsule boat broke on his way out. There is a recovery boat at the end of the pier with a crane and a rescue boat with divers. They are out there every week if theres capsule boats or not.
