different but the same.....Both have +/-
If you have some buddies that have one and your trail riding they are hard to beat. If you need something to tool around in and don't want to buy a 10K vehicle that is not street legal in CA then a Jeep would be cool.
Jeep might rock climb better but a jeep will not keep up speed wise through trails

Like he said, if you have friends with rhinos and you can get it around without driving it on the street, it's a fun toy.
