oh, i see.......i would go down to fish & game and explain the situation....there is someone from az fish & game on this site...maybe you could try to contact them.
i have called fish and game. because i have also been receveing new stickers for the boat. but i dident pay for them.
any way now i have to drive to havasu. i just found the bill of sale so i hope this will get me off the hook
