mariachi's in havasu?

I'm thinking that I want to throw a sinco de mayo party on the river next year, are there any oooompa looompa mariachis in Havi? I also am looking for a donkey painted like a zebra to give it that authentic TJ feel. I am sure if I round up a wild donkey and paint him like a zebra the game wardens will throw a fit. any input will be what it is.
