115mph with XS' is never gonna happen.
110mph is the fastest I've heard of an F-26/300x setup running in the winter with 34P 4 blades.

If you want to go fast with a outboard boat buy a Skater, them and Doug Wright are the ONLY two builders that know how to set up a fast big boat. Sure the DCB has the bling and under area carpeted but if all you want is a great handling boat and speed those are the two.
