I have a tunnelram with dual carbs and the question is how do I attach my flame arrestor down on my back carb? The dual scoop is to close to the top of the arrestor that I can't get a wing nut on.

How close is it? Try replacing the wing nut and stud with a pan head screw...otherwise you may need a shorter arrestor. If this is out of the engine compartment do you even need the arrestor?

i just use a small wrench with a bolt. its tricky but get the back one started first.

For those that are impossible to get to, I go to the local hardware store and buy one of those chrome pop in buttons. Drill the hole right above the threaded rod and put the nut on with a socket, then pop in the chrome button in. $.28 and you got it. Looks nice too.
