October 6th 2007 all day.

Photo shoot group gathering at 2:30pm (location on lake to be decided), but someone will need to climb a cliff to get the picture, as we do thing's old school Bartlett lake is about 35 miles from the 101 freeway and Pima Rd off ramp in Scottsdale. It is all paved except where you camp next to the lake. There are no assigned parking or camping. First come first available. The ramps are all paved, and accessible with out getting dirty.
Yes, again it will be the "unofficial" version of the "Classic ***boat Regatta" (2nd annual) at Bartlett lake. Location will be Bartlett Flats and SB Cove. Bring your old ***boat for a great day of fun with other classic ***boats from the past. (old meaning its a 1987 or eariler model)
I will be there in my 1985 Eliminator, and hope all of last years 27 boats will attend and bring a few more friends. Nothing better than a lake full of Classic ***boats.
This is the unoffical lead into "squirt'nmyload's" ***boat Fall/Winter classic series events.
Find a location to purchases lake passes here: http://www.fs.fed.us/r3/tonto/tp/vendors.php
You will need 1 pass per vehicle, and one for each boat I believe its comes to $7 per day

I don't think that lake is deep enough for some of our boats......
I know for a fact that the brakes on the trailer for the Classic Donzi wouldn't like the hill down to the lake, not to mention, I don't know that I feel like having to make 8 point turns to turn around on the water.
Hey all,
I heard this lake is pretty low. Is it full enought to play on? Is there a ramp that is in the water or do we need to launch from shore?
I am planning to be there, I have an 87 Commander and an 76 Avenger with a Merc 150. I am trying to find another tow to bring them both.
See you all there.
As of yesterday, Bartlett is down 42' and change. I know a few years ago when it was down this low and lower, they setup some concrete block deals to extend the ramp closest to the marina, but you still had to back way out to get in enough water to even float a little boat.
The last pics I saw had that ramp barricaded off now, so I'd almost plan on launching from the beach.
42' down, WOW, is there still enough surface to have some fun?
Maybe we can get some pics of everyones boat on this thread so we all know who to look for when we get there.
Thanks for the info see you there.

Bring the lemon squirt boat...you'll have more fun making the 8 point turn
Remember the south launch ramp is at the end of this road. Just make sure the boat is unhitch, and your wearing a life vest.
