All I can say it get as close to the center stage and floor as possible. There is a ton of reverb on the 2 upper sections. The lower section of 208 has served me well in the past. Just stay away from the walls.
Assuming you can sit anywhere, what sections are the best for a concert having this layout? I'm willing to pay the money but don't know if the floor sections are best (thinking about tickets in section 102). Would section 220 or some other sections be better?

both are good but I think i would go with 220...v-drive

We were there sitting in 319 and the seats were pretty good. Not the best but definitely not the worst.

there really is not a bad seat there, however I really think that when you are on the floor the party is soo much better... it was really wild, we never sat down and as I looked up to around us in the seats above I could not believe people were sitting for these two shows.
to bad we did not hook up for a double jack and coke!
