Can Someone Put Up A Pic Of A Split Bowl So I Can See The Differance Between The Two Types. Also, Explain The Pros&cons. Many Thanks!!

This next pic is of an American Turbine split bowl...notice how there's a spot to bolt a droop snoot onto.

Most people prefer the split bowl because it gives you the ability to mount different size droops on it, as well as wedge it up and down for different handling characteristics, whereas with the one piece bowl you're stuck with what ya got.

Keep in mind that not every boat will benefit from a droop snoot, depends ond type of boat. Some like the 1 piece because the vanes are longer inside, its all about your application and preference.

yep, my taylor sj liked the 1 piece bowl better than a split bowl and droop. another friend found out the same thing on his sj after some testing. droops and split bowls are not a fix all or mph adder unless your boat needs more lift or leverage.
