The boat used to belong to a friend of mine named Chris. He lived in Castaic so you might have seen in your neiborhood. Chris is no longer with us and I'm not sure who bought the boat.

It has always been a "no contact" lake. I dont understand how they can enforce it when they allow watersking but your technically not allowed to "swim" in the lake.
It's pretty tight.
You guys might want to check out pyramid. Its smaller, but way more laxed with the speed limit. Just a thought. Is it summer yet?

Those of you that are asking about Water Contact in castaic, It has always been a Contact Lake... I believe you are thinking of the Lkae up in Ojai....Lake Casitas, which is a No-Contact Lake.
What was the occasion? I would have liked to played....
There are many beautiful Boats in Castaic Lake and many are owned by residents of Santa Clarita, big Boating Community... Great City....
