40 year in Tulsa business needing someone immediately or very soon to take care of every bookkeeping task associated with a small 10 - 15 employee small business. Accounts payable/recieveable, payroll, bank accounts, taxes, corporate proceedures, etc.
The ideal person is familiar with machine shop operation and can perform production assistant tasks along with the bookkeeping.
Part time bookkeeper only is acceptable.
Flexible working hours, Paid holidays and vacation. Relaxed atmosphere.
Health insurance is not offered.
Plus Skills: (not a requirement)
Familiar with Metals and Basic Drawings
Familiar with Basic tooling
Good Customer Relation Skills
Able to search and interpret customer history within Quickbooks
Able to prepare quotes.
An intelligent person that would like to work full time and already has outstanding Quickbooks skills will be able to learn the machine shop related tasks easily.

She would need to come to the shop a couple times a week to cost out invoices, do payroll and pick up the things that need input.
We did that before when Melissa was pregnant and couldnt come in every day. She came in a few times a week and did some from home.
