no new boat projects for me although I've really had a tough time not picking up something else to screw around with. Darn jet boats are a dime a dozen around here right now.

Well, I'm not exactly boatless around here Tom . The old one is still together and the Daytona could make the lake too (just need to reinstall the fuel tanks) if I didnt hate the smell of 2smoke so much :notam: .

Saved the crank but had the sleeves bored and new pistons and impeller.
And yes, when I ride I have the utmost courtesy and keep a respectful safe distance from the "real" jet boats.

Hey!...Thats Busbys old boat! he ran a blown inj. alky engine in that until Tommy Papp said he could not help him with the set up no longer, cuz he'd kill himself! lol
So, my question is,...what kinda power are you puttin in it?

Yes it is, its going back to lake / river duty . It will get my BBF (mild ) from my old boat. I'll start a project thread soon (when I make some progress). So far Ive just been claening out old carpet glue and filling all the old holes in the stringers. I need to get it done soon so I can get back to work on this one . Yea I have lots of projects .
