John and I headed out to Rollins today to check it out and it's a nice lake just a little small. The sandbar was really happening but it is definitely a family oriented place. We are thinking of heading back up there next Saturday, let me know if you are interested in going.
How big is Rollins, and how is the road getting there? I'm assuming it can't be too bad if you towed your rig there but I heard it was pretty bad?
Anyone have any pics of Rollins?

No problems at all. Maybe if you were over 30'. Actually the lake is to small for grads boat. But right now it's one of the only options we have under a 1hr trip.

Isn't that lake a one direction type lake?

The roads are fine, you could tow a 40' boat in there if you wanted to.
The only picture I could find was off of google maps and it must have been taken last weekend while we were on the lake.

We have launched at Greenhorn, Orchard Springs and Long Ravine. Just need to be a good driver and know how to launch a boat. We launched at Greenhorn single lane ramp with a 38" motorhome pulling a 27" trailer. I would not suggest Pennisula, long drive single lane bridge. See ya Saturday, you know where to find us

Hey Sweetie, I think you mean 38' and 27' unless you're talking about your other toys.
