How much for the shovelhead in background?I had a feeling I might get some inquiries on the background stuff. This is a very cool little boat shop in Lemon Cove, Ca that my brother and I associate with. If you're reffering to the hydro it's a picklefork, and I don't think it's for sale but just for kicks I'm gonna ask.
Tricky you have a PM.
The Sanger is beautiful. How fast do you estimate it to run, is that the original gel scheme on the hull, any other history on boat would be appreciated...thanks.

The Sanger is beautiful. How fast do you estimate it to run, is that the original gel scheme on the hull, any other history on boat would be appreciated...thanks. It is a nice boat! The boat was painted white last year. Paint still needs some buffing but still looks great! The motor is fairly mild and we are estimating speed at about 65mph.
My brother is the 2nd owner. Before that it belonged to his father-in-law. It's gonna be tough to see it leave the family.
hey tricky, you gotta love these sangers. I would say 65 mph is about right, given your info. this sanger is my 5th. it has to be the most classic boat of all time. mine is a 79 super jet with a 12.2 to 1 true LS7, aggressor 9 vane bowl, aggressor bronze A impeler with dps pre loader. the boat holeshots like a mother jawdrop jawdrop spins 6600 rpm at 78 mph on the gps. p.s. you might want to put the boat for sale in the nor cal boat trader. this is sanger country up here. good luck im sure it will sell, its clean. Hey Tricky I am the third owner and I have owned it for a little over 3 years. The boat sat in a garage for 3 years before I got it from my father-in-law. This boat has been awesome for my family and I hate to see it go, but I have to make room in the garage for my new Sanger. I bought a 77 Sanger runner bottum in September. I would post a picture but I don't know how, Tricky maybe you can do it for me. I don't get a chance to get on the computer often so my brother has put this on the internet for me. Thanks for the interest.
