I think it's more of a loss for LHC... Someone with her experience and expertise and able to make good decisions in a fast paced environment is a HUGE plus in the medical field.
Too bad... What about Blythe or BHC, or is that too far a drive?

She Actually did her two internship at Cedars Sinai in L.A. worked for some of the best Plastic Surgeon's in Beverly Hills, then made her specialty in L & D at one of the top Trauma centers in L.A. and two other Great Hosptials.
Enough, This is depressing me....

On another note... seems like around so cal you need to speak tagala(philipino language I think) in order to make the hospital roster

i love havasu, but the people there are on there own time.
to get a job there its not what you know but who you know.
my mom has been triing to get a job out there for about 6 months now. no such luck
i have come to realize, that in order to make it in havasu is to open your own store. nobody,,,, and i mean nobody hires californians
