Here are some new pics. The gel on the deck was blistering so Todd had to grind it all the way off and start from bare 'glass.

I am in the process of doing the same to my boat. What are you using for the filler? It sureis a long process I know what your going through eek! Let me know what all your using and how your doing it. I need a few tips myself wink It looks great wink

The filler is Todd's super top secret stuff. Actually i just dont know what to call it. It works really well though. Definately not the Bondo you buy from the local auto parts store.
