We, the family, wanted to take the sled out one more time before our crazy CA winter really starts. Besides I wanted to test the new "Whipple tune-up" on the HP and some props. We are thinking Mohave or Havasu. My question is: Lake conditions and water temps this time of year. As well as a nice, safe, place to stay. Thanks, NB
I'll tell ya, I am sure you won't be doing any skiing that weekend. I store my sled in Havasu and usually take a trip a month just to run the boat around for a few hours. The one thing that is nice, is there is hardly anyone around and you have the place pretty much to yourself.
Does that mean its really cold this time of year?

Looks like we might head to Lake Mohave. Never been there before but I heard its really nice this time of year. Wetsuit in hand of course.....
