Thread: Still lookin' for A boat

    I'm looking for A boat in the 26' to 28' range, that will run 65mph+. The problem is that I only have about 15K to spend. I,ve been looking at Chris Craft Stinger's, and Well Craft Nova's. I don't know much about either of the two, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also if anyone out there has A boat for sale that you think might work for me, let me know.

    HEY THERE WAS A BOAT FOR SALE ON THE STERNPERFORMANCE WEBSITE FOR ABOUT 7500 THAT MIGHT BE WHAT YOU ARE LOOKINGFOR. AS FAR AS THE 65 MPH PART GOOD LUCK.TAKES MONEY TO MAKE A BIG BOAT RUN.

    C.O.S. My 1st Big boat was a 1986 Nova 26, and let me tell you it was the best boat i ever had! They are built well and ride even better. The 23 Nova would be a good choice! Give me a call for more info.

    I have a 26' Scarab w/ 502 mag that I'm trying to sell. A little higher then the limit you gave though.

    Still have the 1986 MACH-1 (chris-craft stinger copy)for sale we talked about a few months ago .Have since pulled the pumped motor out and put in a stock 370hp - 460 ford . It has aprox 200 hrs on it and runs great.Dropped price to $8500.00.

    Hey Carney,took the old 2350 out yesterday and it still runs right at 60 with the stock 370hp motor in it !
    Hook up with me next nice day youre in the area and I'll take you for a stroll.Sure felt great to get out on the water again , kinda hate to sell the 2350 no faster than I'm getting along with the big boat! NG
