1983 Fleetwood Resort 18', tandem axle, with new interior, new tires, new spare (not shown), new awning (not shown), electric brakes, dual propane tanks (converted to new type), frige, roof A/C, heater, water heater, shower, ac/dc converter/charger.
Front sofa converts to bed for two adults, table converts to bed for one adult or two kids, cabinets above front sofa convert to bed for one adult or two kids. All upholstery and foam is new and top quality. New curtains. Beds are comfy. Much more comfy than most hotel beds I've slept on.
Everything works, A/C blows cold, no roof leaks (I just re-sealed roof), no rot, new painted stripes 2 years ago.
This is a very clean starter rig and is turn-key ready to go. Its at Lake Mead so I don't have any interior photos. I won't have any for at least a few weeks. These pictures were taken last year.
I'm selling for what I have in it:

My Mother In-law has been asking about one. I will show her this one.
How much does it weigh? She has a small truck frown

How much does it weigh? She has a small truck It is very light. I would guess 3,500 lbs. loaded. Feels lighter than my boat. It has electric brakes and tandem axels so it pulls nice. I pulled it with my Durango and it was like it wasn't there.
Thanks,
OL
