I AM LOOKING AT A 22'LASER, 23'CALIBER 1 AND A 23' ULTRA, ALL WITH A 496 MAG/BRAVO1. WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THE CHOICES AND HOW DO I DECIDE.

If your choices are limited to those three, the Ultra is by far the best choice of them all. If you're not limited to those three, take a quick look at the Lavey 21. It the same size as all of those and the quality ROCKS. Ask around the board. There are many on here who have & love them.
(And no I don't work for Lavey or get anything for suggesting them.)

Laveyman I'd second that thought. Of course I also like Eliminators so what do I know!

Ultra all the way baby!
Thats what I got!
Looked at all the boats listed and all the rest too!
But the Ultra was by far the best value for the money!
I would put there quality up against any boat.
I looked at all the Lavey`s. One of the guys in my crew has a new 24, but i felt the 21 was too narrow of a beam. Looked like you could only get 3 fullsize guys across the back. the 24 was just too much $$ for me at this time.

Any more than thre guys sitting across the back together is too close for comfort in almost any boat. That is unless you LIKE that kinda stuff! eek! eek!
