I bet it is perfectly stable with such a high center of gravity.
Being that it is called a yacht, wouldn't the name imply that is is sea-worthy?

If you look through the site they even advertise a trailer that will go in the water that will hold a car or a golfcart. I wonder how well you can back it up. Can you imagine mooring up next to it? What a site. I am dyin' over here.
